In order to complete your claim submission, please ensure you have all of the following:

  • Your invoice showing complete payment

  • Purchased models as shown on invoice

  • Serial numbers (if you have them - Need help finding it?)

  • Your dealer information as shown on invoice

  • Order date as shown on invoice

  • An email address

Please note: At the end of the claim entry process, you will receive a claim reference number which confirms that your claim has successfully been submitted for processing.
